The moment I was waiting for... the Sash reveal! Receiving my community sash in the mail meant I could officially begin making public appearances the pageant! in my community.
My family have been so supportive of me and my journey! My twin brother helped me take my headshot! (the weather was very cold 6 weeks ago!)
I love fun little photoshoots and this was certainly such a fun reminder of the glam side I love about pageants!!!

Not only do I want to let my town know about RCP but i want Canada to know all about my community

Early Voting at my local community Centre for the 2025 Canadian Federal Election

Tuursday, April 10th 2025.
I had an interview with Emma from MY.FM Radio in Pembroke, where we talked about my pageant journey, people's choice, my platform Quilts of Valour, and my community fundraisers for NOFCC!
The story will be featured on Radio1 as a two-part series, with a follow-up after the pageant! Additionally, I've written a daily blog about my interview, which you can find along with my other blogs at the bottom of page.

Fundraising

I made sure that every Fabric Easter Egg order came with a handwritten thank-you card.

One of the very first ideas I had before I became a delegate for RCP 2025 was incorporating my talents into my journey in multiple ways. one being sewing! I decided i could made fabric Easter eggs and sell them as one of my fundraisers. This fundraiser raised 100$ for NOFCC.

My second community fundraiser for NOFCC involved hosting a and sip night at my local Starbucks. Originally scheduled for April 7th, 2020, the has been rescheduled to April 22nd, 2025 (tomorrow). I'm very excited about this event and have prepared thank-you cards for Starbucks and all the participants!
